Simple.  All you have to do is enter thyour discount code at the check out.  If the code doesn't work, then please contact us and we'll refund your discount back to your card.

We hold all the products listed in stock; as accurately as we can, though items can occasionally sell oujt.  In most case we despatch your order within five working days after you made your purchase. You should receive an email showing that the order is being processed to indicate that the order has been noted and is going through the system.

Well, as we only ever sell what we stock, the chances are that your order has been processed and is ready to send out.  Drop us an email ASAP and if it hasn’t been posted, we will cancel the order.  If it HAS been posted then please return your order to us and we will either issue you with a credit, refund or replace the products.

Currently we can normally only take orders online, but   you can call us on 01353 749579 if you would prefer to leave your details that way. This is an answerphone service only at the moment, though you can usually find a person to talk to on Saturdays or early evening.

Most orders are shipped in packaging designed to fit through a standard letter box, and unless you choose the Special Delivery postal option, you will NOT need to sign for your delivery. 

You don’t, but if you decide to set up an account your details will be safely kept and it will speed up your order process. 

Please note:  We never hold your credit card details on file.  We understand it’s a pain to have to keep entering your credit card details but we think this is a much safer way to shop.
