Happy to exchange your beads, anytime

Consumer law is designed to protect you, the customer, when ordering online or by mail order. We understand that it might sometimes be hard to be sure of what you want when you are only viewing pictures rather than looking at the actual object. And though we do our best, sometimes the beads themselves can vary from the image, as manufacturers colours vary from batch to batch.

So we understand, and have a no-quibble policy regarding anything you might wish to return, for any reason. Here's how it works.

By law, we can give you a full refund for an order(less our carriage charge) if you return it in full within seven days.

After that, we are still happy to take back goods which you would like to return or exchange. You are not entitled to a refund, but we can exchange beads to the value, or alternatively, issue a credit note to the value, to be used up in future orders. There is an exception: if the goods are faulty, and are returned within 10 days, we can refund. So that means you don't have to have a reason to return anything, you might just have tried out an idea that didn't work out for you, and would like to use your purchase in a different way. Within reason, we can take back goods some time after you have bought them, within two months of purchase. There is no time limit on the credit note.
